Still, in the most common example of a new home build, you can expect the process from the first meeting to receiving the final working drawings to take somewhere between 6 to 9 weeks. Of course, this time can take a little longer if the project is a larger building or a multi-dwelling project.

At a first meeting or Project Brief meeting, we recommend bringing any photos, including façade and internal images and any inspiration you may have found while considering your build, including any materials and textures.
